From a young age, Ben Jones had a great fascination for movies, but also from a young age he already expected to end up being a teacher. Most of his family teaches. Even so, the world of cinema seemed great to him. Several of his favorite movies influenced his construction as a person, first with Jurassic Park making him want to be an archaeologist. It wasn’t until his college days that but Jones found himself not until his college days.
Jones always liked school, mostly because of his friends. The grades weren’t good, but they were good enough to get him through. He always hated math like many kids. He loved his time in high school, and he still has many of his friends from that time, playing games like Baldur’s Gate 3 in the afternoon after work.
It wasn’t until he went to college that Jones finished forging himself into the person he is today. His favorite movie at that time, Harold and Maude really impacted him as a young adult. Maude’s carefree, kind and disinterested attitude showed him that he wanted to be a helper. He wants to contribute something to the lives of others, plus the fact that he likes to teach, was what that made him the teacher he is today.

Jones met his wife in 2016 and they were married in 2020 in Arizona. He has no future plans for children. For him, his dogs are enough; “They are living beings that they deserve to be treated like humans.”
