Teaching with Patience, Kindness, and Understanding

Nataly Mesto Pascua, Staff Reporter

When it comes to favorite teachers, the one person comes to mind is my former middle school teacher, Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones was not just a teacher to me he was a mentor, a role model, and a friend. I remember how he would challenge us to think critically and always encouraged us to push ourselves beyond our limits. He made learning fun and engaging, and his passion for teaching was inspiring. He helped me discover my love for literature, and I still find myself quoting the books he introduced me to.

His classes were always engaging and dynamic, and he created a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected. He is patient, kind, and understanding, and he takes the time to get to know his students individually, so he can tailor his teaching to their unique learning styles. Out of all my teachers his words had the most impact in my life.
