Last year was my least favorite when it came to fashion trends. There were a lot of dark clothes and Emo styles. Everywhere I looked there were more and more Emo related things in stores, ads, and magazines. It just got out of hand, and I just wish that this trend would stop. Tik Tok made that trend grow even more than it already has. I liked it when everything was pastel and colorful, especially for a girl, but now I see only Emos with the black tops, safety pin beanie, oversized pants, and a black belt with metal holes. This type of style is so weird and ugly. I would have liked to see more modern colors instead of all these rocker clothing styles. Other than that, 2022 wasn’t that bad of a year when it came to fashion, but social media does ruin lots of things for people. Hopefully this new year we will change the fashion trends and come back to the pastels.
